摘要：
Physical activity and diet are major drivers of early childhood obesity, which should be targeted in prevention. The current article highlights the importance of physical activity, sedentary behavior as well as diet in early childhood health. Furthermore we give recommendations on how childrens' lifestyle can be addressed to strengthen a healthy development in this early life stage.
