摘要：
Coronary artery-ventricular fistulae are infrequent entities. They have been related with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy but this relationship is not clear. The diagnosis can be very complicated due to the poor specificity of symptoms and complementary studies findings. We present a patient with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in whom the diagnosis of coronary artery-ventricular fistulae was done.
