摘要：

The article is devoted to the analysis of the theory of the one of the leading subprocess of modernization - the energy change. The analysis of the main notion research - "energy process", "energy change", and their correlation with the stage of industrial renewal is carry out. The energy change interpret as the complex of the innovation actions during the industrial transformation of the whole socienty.
