摘要：

Liver metastases from an islet cell tumor of the pancreas were incidentally detected in a 75-year-old man who underwent Tc-99m sestamibi imaging for suspected ischemic heart disease. Images of the thorax and upper abdomen showed no significant cardiac perfusion abnormality, but multiple foci of increase uptake were demonstrated in the right upper quadrant. Further investigations demonstrated the islet cell tumor with liver metastases.
