摘要：

According to different researches and surveys conducted in recent years, ICT is one of the most demanded training needs by the tourism industry. Besides this, in the last decades they have had a direct impact on the tourism supply and demand, especially in human capital. Given this scenario this paper makes a short review of the academic literature of training needs analysis. Then it examines the impact of ICT on tourism over the last thirty years to end showing the results of the project TURISTIC-E, which identified the technological training needs in the tourist sector of Andalucia.
