摘要：
This paper discusses new methods of kinetic and nonlinear fluorescence spectroscopy, developed for studies of the structure and dynamics of biomolecules. The principles involved in recording 2-D images of fluorescence lifetimes and in selecting luminophors during nonlinear photoprocesses are described: two-photon excitation and quenching of fluorescence by ultrashort laser pulses.
