摘要
Raman and infrared spectra of crystalline trichlorofluoromethane at temperatures between 20 and 80 K were recorded in both the lattice and internal mode regions. The lattice spectra are shown to be compatible with a non-centrosymmetric tetragonal unit cell containing four molecules on mirror plane sites, and plausible assignments are proposed. The internal mode splittings are interpreted in terms of isotopic, crystal field, Fermi resonance and LO-TO effects.
