摘要
Performing analysis of an office (to design, possibly, a computer-based office support system) implies the choice of a language for its description. Given the language, the designer can organize information obtained by people working in the office, and state the socalled “office requirements” which will be the basis for evaluating the opportunity and the characteristics of an appropriate office support system. In this paper, we propose a disciplined language to define office requirements in which a good portion of conventionality and of evocation of concepts which are known and concrete is associated with a minimum formalism. © 1990 IEEE
