摘要
This article develops a series of aspects that link the New Mechanics formulated by Andre Koch Torres Assis (1998) to the Newton and Einstein's Mechanics, presented as a Relational Mechanics in the spirit of Leibniz and Berkeley in what refers to the nature of space, time and movement. We analyze the emergence of Mach's Principle from this theory, mathematically expressed by Weber's Law of Gravitation. We also make a critical analysis of some of the logical, epistemological and pedagogical implications of this theory with respect to experimental evidence, cosmology and the teaching of Mechanics.
