ANGULAR EIGENVALUES AND SOME CLASSICAL PROBABILITY DENSITY-FUNCTIONS FOR THE HELIUM ISOELECTRONIC SEQUENCE

摘要
When the virial theorem is obeyed at interelectronic angle phi, the Bohr orbit energy E(phi) is an eigenvalue of the Schrodinger equation for the ground-states of the helium isoelectronic sequence. Numerical values of the ground-state energies, obtained by averaging E(phi) using simple probability density functions, are reported.
