Solubility is measured for L-serine, D-serine, DL-proline, and DL-arginine in water at 25-60-degrees-C. The solubility of an amino acid A in a water solution of amino acid B, and the solubility of B in a solution of A, has been determined in the same temperature range for four pairs of A and B: L-glutamic acid + glycine, L-glutamic acid + L-aspartic acid, L-glutamic acid + L-serine, and L-aspartic acid + L-serine. The eutectic compositions of the water solution of the four pairs of amino acids are reported.
