摘要：
This review paper deals with the characteristics and properties of reproductive system, mammmary gland and placental barrier for drug transfer in pigs, and the adverse effects of drugs. The undesirable effect evaluation of drugs acting on the reproductive system (regulators of fertility, promoters of gonadal function, sex hormones, prostaglandins, myometrial stimulants and relaxants) and those used for uterine and mammary infections and for disorders of the urinary tract is described. In addition, some food contaminants that affect the reproductive system in pigs are also included.
