Simulated arteries, veins, nerves, and lymph nodes help the surgeon gain confidence in the anatomic relations seen during pelvic laparoscopic node dissection. The techniques of dissection, clipping, and cutting can all be practiced in a simulated surgery without the need for a live animal model.
