摘要
By using unbalanced heterodyne interferometry, it is shown that the mean coherence time of the Brillouin emission induced through a 2 km fibre by a cw ring single mode dye laser is longer than 58-mu-s. The same technique allows a measurement of the basic oscillation frequency of the randomly distributed pulse Brillouin emission.
