摘要：
The sarcolemmal Na+-Ca2+ exchanger is the dominant myocardial Ca2+ efflux mechanism and has a central role in the regulation of contractility. Physiologic and molecular advances in Na+-Ca2+ exchange research have led a resurgence of interest in this system. Molecular cloning of the exchanger has recently been accomplished, and information on the molecular structure and reaction mechanism is forthcoming.
