摘要：

The article is about the ethical questions respect to the biotechnology. It is beginning with the different theories about human moral evolution to analyze the current status of ethics in a relation with the advancement of science and technology, specially the author find a bioethics substantiation and a methodology of the biotechnology in the context of the conflict between moral systems. The reflection is about the human freedom like a livelihood of the value system respect with the biotechnology and scientific determinism because there is a possible contradiction between the advancement of science and the principles of rights and liberties of the society, especially with the autonomy and the principles of the Hippocratic Oath and the different interpretation
