摘要：

Both spontaneous or traumatic arterial dissection of craniocervical vassels has a heterogenous etiology, clinical presentation, treatment and prognosis. Qanial neuropathy asexdusive manifestation isinfrequent, specially when the affected cranial nerves are the ocular motor nerves. We report a patient with internal carotid dissection and paresisof the VI cranial nerve as unique sign without other findings like retinal or cerebral ischemia.
