摘要：

The article deliberates on the future of the European Union, which is on the threshold of a new reorganization. Global systemic crisis and stagnation of European integration have shown the need for new concepts and strategies in the political, economic and social fields. Under the pressure of global challenges are the basic tenets and principles of development that cemented the EU in favorable years of its development. Political motives begin to prevail over economic and social ones. European values seem to be in contradiction with the interests of nation states. Will the Union be able to respond to these processes, to ensure social stability and security of its citizens? This question is addressed to the main actors: EU institutions, member states, the business community and civil society.
