摘要
: A novel approach to the synthesis of oligodeoxynucleotides bearing tethered nonnative functional groups is reported. In this convertible nucleoside approach, the tether is installed at the final step of DNA synthesis, thus allowing the synthesis of a series of functionally tethered oligodeoxynucleotides from a single precursor. © 1990, American Chemical Society.
