摘要
At the Agricultural Station of the IIA "Jorge Dimitrov", during two periods, on a Fluvisol soil, with very low content in Phosphorus and low in Kalium and Organic Matter was carried out an experiment, in order to determine the effect of differents levels of Nitrogen (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 kg/ha) on commercial yield and quality fruits of Pepper (Capsicum annum L.) cv. " Bouquet-50" in dry conditions. Were found significatives differences and a positive quadratic effect of themselves respect to yield with an economical optimum doses of 119 kg/ha of N. Quality of fruits of Pepper doesn't affected in theirs normal ranges like effect of differents levels of Nitrogen used, either significatives differences between them
