摘要
Grated mixtures of gadolinium and copper oxides and barium carbonate were annealed for 4h at 850-950-degrees-C. The pressed pellets were annealed then for 24h at 1000-degrees-C and quenched by pulling out the crucible from the furnance and cooling it on a metal support. The elemental analysis of the product gave the formula GdBa1.95Cu3O6.19. The substance received is a single-phase one. The unit cell parameters were refined (a = 3,880(1), c = 11,793(4) angstrom) and the intensities of diffraction lines were measured. The analysis of half-widths K(a)1 of the diffraction lines allowed to establish an inhomogeneity of the tetragonal phase studied. It expressed in broadening of the lines with nonzero indices l.
