摘要
In this paper a number of examples will be provided which describe the kind of information available from optical investigations of low-dimensional quantum structures. These measurement techniques include photo- and cathodoluminescence, photoluminescence excitation and selective photoluminescence, magnetoluminescence, intensity and time-decay measurements.
