摘要：

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast is a rare entity within malignant neoplasms of the breast. The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment do not differ from those of other breast tumors. Prognosis is controversial and 5-year survival is 50-60%. We report a case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast 11 years after treatment with radiotherapy for an infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma. (C) 2007 Elsevier Espana, S.L.
