摘要
Pulmonary blood flow distribution was measured by lung scanning in 20 patients with stenosis of pulmonary artery and in 22 healthy children. High frequency of asymmetry and/or local abnormalities of pulmonary blood flow distribution was observed with the highest incidence in tetralogy of Fallot. Only in some of these patients could the underlying anatomic abnormality of pulmonary vessels be revealed by angiography. Right lung perfusion prevaled in tetralogy and left lung perfusion prevaled in isolated pulmonary stenosis, possibly because of the location of the stenosis. Vertical perfusion gradient in pulmonary stenosis did not differ significantly from that in healthy children. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
