摘要：

In Bangui (Central African Republic) an epidemiological survey making use of cluster sampling has been performed. Prevalence rate is not very high in Bangui (3,4 %). Boys are more infected than girls. Both in rural and urban area prevalence rates are decreasing with age. Microsporum langeronii has been identificated in 98 % of case.
