Federal Theory, institutional organization and intellectuals in Argentina, XIXth century

The paper deals with the statements of federalism in Argentina, both in its theoretical proposal and the system of political organization. It argues that the federal system of organization established in Argentina in the nineteenth century is considered a genuine proposal and not a copy of other contemporary systems. It concludes that Federalism, their proposals and theories are part of an economic, political, social and cultural context, which influences the authors, determining its arguments and placing theories in its specific scenarios.
