摘要：
Radical cystectomy is the treatment of choice for invasive bladder cancer. Morbidity and mortality associated with this procedure have been reduced substantially as a result of advances in surgical techniques and instruments. The cystectomy technique described herein offers satisfactory exposure and hemostasis, thus providing optimal conditions for achieving high-quality urinary diversion.
