摘要：
The definitions of the Charles Bonnet syndrome are reviewed and four cases with the CT findings of three described. The incidence and the pathogenic mechanisms are discussed in the light of these cases, which suggest that disorders of the vertebrobasilar and posterior cerebral arteries underlie the syndrome.
