Conception of Community Worker Training for Family Counseling

The project "Family, Gender and Orientation in Educational processes" has designed training centers for community workers as an area of social work with the family; as result of such project was conceived the conception of this center. It includes the definitions of training, community workers, training program, training center, training principles when preparing these workers and their different aspects. Several methods were used like the observation, interviews to parents and community workers, family case studies, the hermeneutic - didactical, as well as statistical ones.
