摘要
The organization of the oxidative phosphorylation system (OXPHOS) in mitochondria isolated from etiolated pea (Pisum sativum L.) seedlings was studied by 1D BN-PAGE, 2D BNE/BNE u 2D BNE/SDS with following histochemical staining, immunochemical and MALDI TOF mass spectrometry analysis and as a result new supercomplexes were revealed. It was shown that pea mitochondria OXPHOS comprises the respirasome I+III2+IVn being earlier detected in other plant species and new supercomplexes, such as a major respirasome I+NDA+III2+IV, supercomplex NDA+NDB+III2+IV, megacomplex (II+III2+IV)(n), and ATP-synthasome - NDA+NDB+AOX+ATP-synthase. The association of the alternative respiratory enzymes with other OXPHOS complexes could improve adaptive potential of plant mitochondria.
