摘要
A physico-chemical model is proposed to describe the nitridation of carbon/metal oxide powder mixture in a stream of nitrogen. Based on the model, dimensionless governing equations are derived to represent the system in normal diffusion region. The system is characterized by five dimensionless parameters: the reaction/diffusion ratio sigma2, the reactivity ratios beta1 and beta2, the reactant amount ratio gamma and the Sherwood number N(sh). The reaction was found to increase when the values of beta2, gamma or N(sh) increased, or the values of sigma2 or beta1 decreased.
