摘要
The observation that certain clinical cases of sensorineural hearing loss could favorably respond to immunosuppressive therapy in addition to experimental studies that support the presence of an inner ear immune system have led to the suggestion that a number of inner ear disorders previously considered to be idiopathic may in fact have an immunological basis. The experimental evidence that establishes the operation of a distinct inner ear immune system is presented. © 1987 S. Karger AG, Basel.
