摘要
Electroluminescence diode based on molecularly doped conducting polymer(MDCP) with the structure of Cathode/MDCP/Anode and also Cathode/MDCP/Hole transport layer/Anode have been fabricated utilizing soluble conducting polymers such as poly(2,5-dialkoxy-p-phenylene vinylene) and fluorescent molecules such as 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum, fullerenes such as C60 and conducting polymer such as poly(9,9 dialkylfluorene). The electroluminescence intensity and spectrum have been found to depend on the concentration of molecules, applied voltage and the thickness of the layers. The obtained results are explained by taking the electronic energy states of conducting polymers and molecules into consideration.
