摘要：

This article is the summary of the thesis I wrote in 2003 to obtain any Master's Degree in International Relations; it is the result of research work cm bilateral relations between Argentina and USA through a relevant and thus paradigmatic event: USA President Clinton's visit to Pug,Argenona in 1997. On the grounds that according to the new world order Foreign Policy is an important field of investigation, international relations are supposed to be essential and they are part of and represented by the Mass Media.
