摘要：
Tonoplast from Acer pseudoplatanus cells bears Ca2+-dependent and Ca2+-independent protein kinases and protein phosphatases which catalyse reactions of phosphorylation/dephosphorylation of intrinsic proteins. Optimal conditions for tonoplast preparation and in vitro proteins phosphorylation were determinated.
