摘要：

Necessity of Russian economy modernization and postcrisis economic growth national policy elaboration on the innovation base are actualized by global financial and economic crisis. In the article is underlined, that every region has its own reproduction, industrial, technological structure and its own priority's system, that's why it must use its resource potential advantages for regional economic growth stimulation policy. Analysis of different regional development strategies helps to suggest general (mainstream and innovation) and special methods of regional policy for the South of Rus-sia.
