摘要：
The problem of applying linear transforms to observed transition processes in dynamic systems for constructing identification methods possessing given "optimal" properties is described. The feasibility of constructing an identification method invariant relative to observational errors of a known structure is shown. The method is applicable to identifying a wide class of dynamic objects. As an illustration, an example is given of estimating parameters of a mathematical model for the longitudinal short-periodic motion of an aircraft.
