摘要
The monk Ven. Hatigammana Uttarananda represents a reform Buddhism that is socio-politically engaged in the conflict-ridden context of Sri Lanka. As an artist he is the Buddhist alter ego of the well-known Catholic liberation theologian Aloysius Pieris. The later commissioned Uttarananda to realize his first Christian mural in the Tulana Centre for Dialogue. With translation, questioning and exchange Uttananada's works allow exploring different patterns of interreligious dialogue.
