摘要
The Eucalyptus stands out in the market by having rapid growth characteristics and its potential for multiple uses. Coupled to this is the constant search for improving silvicultural its production technologies. Thus, the present work aimed to evaluate the quality of seedlings of Eucalyptus spp. clones propagated on different organic residues based substrates. The experiment was conducted with clones: Urocan, G100, G50, 224, F3, 69, 335, M140 and 80, were tested different organic waste. At the end of the period to 90 days, were determined: stem diameter (D); shoot height (SH); dry mass of the aerial part (DMAP); dry mass of the root system (DMRS), total dry matter (MST), obtained by adding the DMAP and DMRS; ratio of shoot dry mass to the dry mass of the root system (RPASR) obtained from the relationship between DMAP and DMRS; shoot height of the relationship with the stem diameter (RAD), obtained from the relationship between SH and D. To check the quality of the seedlings, used the Quality Index of Dickson (QID). Analyzing the parameters, if you notice that the substrate composed of coconut fiber, provided the highest average values of RAD. IQD already pointed out, in general, the substrate made of charcoal powder, showed the best average values, especially for the clones, Urocan, G100, F3, 69, 335, M140 and 80. In this way the charcoal powder is the most suitable compound for the production of seedlings quality in the study conditions.
