摘要：
The purpose of this review is to present both the evidence on which current classifications of actions of histamine into H-1 and H-2 are based and the therapeutic applications of the H-2 antagonists. This chapter overviews the actions of histamine as understood from the analytical use of the receptor-specific agonists and antagonists that have largely become available since 1972. The review then concerns itself mainly with histamine between 1972 and 1978.
