摘要：

This document explains a conceptualization of the cloud computing, describing its advantages, its benefits and how it works. Then, it is analyzed the discussion between property right of the rights' owners and the right to access to information from users of the cloud. Subsequently, it is exposed the way it is applied the copyright regime in relation to this new network service. Finally, it is proposed the liability regime for service providers when the digital contents, resulting from the provision of this service are available. All this accompanied by a legal casuistry whose decisions leave much to think about an effective protection of the copyright in the network.
