摘要
Surgery always stood near law and philosophy. In the twenty-first century, Internet allows everyone to consult medical books almost instantly. Law trials have become more and more frequent. In their daily practice, surgeons must protect themselves from strict productivity, keeping a real proximity with their patients, using technology progress when its safety has been really proved. Such a practice is the only way to best avoid law trials.
