摘要：

The article studies current issues of ethnic repatriation crime prevention, it analyses reasons and conditions that lead to these crimes. The authors also provide conclusions and give recommendations on development of crime prevention new ways and means. Basing on analysis of laws and current social projects the authors come to conclusion that it is necessary to create legal and financial conditions for non-governmental organizations time prevention activity stimulation. The authors justify the importance of repatriates' legal culture improvement by means of MSM and non-governmental organizations. The article provides a conclusion that to increase crime prevention effectiveness it is necessary to conduct parallel work on legislation improvement, law-enforcement improvement, legal culture improvement and overall economical improvement.
