ACID PHOSPHATASE ACTIVITY IN PALATES OF DEVELOPING NORMAL AND CHLORCYCLIZINE TREATED RODENTS

摘要
Acid phosphatase-positive granules were demonstrated in normal palatal processes of developing A/Jax mice and Sprague-Dawley rats during the time of palatal fusion and epithelial degeneration. This hydrolytic enzyme was also found in the degenerating glossopalatal epithelium of embryos obtained from pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats that had been treated with chlorcyclizine during the period of palatal development. © 1969.
