摘要：

Human Parvovirus B19, pathogenic only for humans, can cause different clinical conditions. It can be the cause of erythema infectiosum and as well as encephalitis, myocarditis, hepatitis, vasculitis and glomerulonephritis. We report a fiveyearold boy with Parvovirus B19 infection presenting with encephalitis, acute renal failure and hepatitis. He had leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, ParvovirusB19 IgM seropositivity and Parvovirus DNA positivity in blood. He was diagnosed as acute Parvovirus B19 infection. He recovered without any sequelae.
