摘要：
Carbamoylsilanes, a hitherto little known class of compounds, are obtained by the reaction of lithium silylamides with carbon monoxide followed by quenching with methyl iodide. The reaction involves initial formation of a carbamoyllithium species and subsequent rearrangement of the silyl group to give a lithium (silylcarbonyl)amide.
