摘要：
This essay contains a juridical analysis of the most relevant innovations that the Draft bill on Update, Adequacy and Modernization of the Social Security System shows regarding different aspects: mechanisms of improvement, new ways of incorporation in the system, modifications related to special Rates, particularly, that of the autonomous workers, and changes in the management of the Social Security System.
