摘要：
The problem of Alfven wave scattering by inhomogeneities of the dielectric permittivity tensor epsilon(r over arrow pointing right) is considered. The scattering index gamma, phase velocity v. and group velocity c. are calculated in all the range of wavelengths. Asymptotic expressions for gamma, v. and c. are obtained in the long (as compared to sizes of scatterers) short and ultrashort wavelength range's. In the latter case the results can be obtained only when teking into account the spatial dispersion.
