A new therapeutic approach for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori. A new galenic formulation combining, in a single capsule, bismuth, metronidazole and tetracycline was approved for sale in France in 2012. It meets a medical need, offering a new treatment for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, in response to the evolution of resistance to antibiotics. (C) 2014 Elsevier Masson SAS.
