摘要：

A procedure was developed to prepare a double-layer sticky film containing gentamicin, 31-35-mu-g/cm2. The study of gentamicin yield dynamics indicated that the bulk of gentamicin contained in the film was washed out within the first 3 days of distilled water incubation. The yielded amount of gentamicin was no more than its therapeutical dose. The aqueous extracts from the films were found to have no hemolytic action. The films have satisfactory sanitary and chemical properties and may be used in practical medicine.
